About
Roll & Release is a guided somatic practice designed to support tissue hydration, nervous system regulation, and whole-body integration. Using therapy balls, a squishy Pilates ball, breath, and slow intentional movement, this program works through the body layer by layer—pairing myofascial release with awareness-based exploration. This is the first session in an evolving series. As the program grows, additional practices and resources will be added, allowing you to revisit and deepen the work over time. Move slowly, listen closely, and allow your body to respond in its own way. All levels welcome. Modifications encouraged.
