This series is ideal for: - Everyone who experience tightness, soreness, aches and pains - Everyone whose work is physically demanding - Everyone that experience stress and have high levels or stress and/or anxiety - Everyone who spends more than 4 hours at a desk on a regular basis. - Everyone healing from injury or surgery - Athletes - Those with chronic injuries or poor movement mechanics - Anyone with postural deviations - Everyone who experience chronic pain - And all new mothers, especially in the early , postpartum period - In short, everyone can get something wonderful from this program! In this program you will get: - 3 one hour long classes with full body Roll outs. - Classes will be delivered all at once to access at your own schedule and pace. - A “Roll Out” consists of self massage tools and techniques that hydrate and restore stuck sticky tissue leaving you and your body grounded, renewed, relaxed, with an instant increase in flexibility and range of motion. Think sore tight muscles changing to flexible, expansive and liberated! - Tips that you can take with you daily to improve your well being.
